Gracious hospitality and artful living are Jenny Ljungberg’s passions and as owner and Creative Director of c/o Hotels she is uniquely positioned to share them. Born in Sweden and educated in Belgium and the States, Jenny’s outlook is global. She aims to accommodate her fellow travelers by applying her appreciation for the good life to the hotel and real estate business, in which her family has been active for three generations.

Always innovating, Jenny was one of the first Scandinavian hoteliers to introduce the slow food philosophy into her kitchens, a move reflective of her commitment to sustainable business practices. When Jenny first saw The Maidstone Arms, she fell in love with its classic American character and its setting in East Hampton, an undisputed capital of la dolce vita. Re-christened c/o The Maidstone hotel, its re-opening marks the U.S. debut of Jenny’s distinctive approach to hospitality.
