All rates are subject to 5% service charge. In addition, state & local taxes of 12.1% will be applied to all room charges .All rooms are sold on double occupancy.

Minimum of one night stay or 50% of total stay amount, whichever is greater. All reservations must be secured by credit card.
More than 30 days: Your deposit will be refunded to you less a $50.00 cancelation fee per room.
Between 3 days and 29 days: Your deposit is forfeited.
Within 72 hours or Early departures & No Shows: You will be charged for the total stay amount (Including any pre-arranged services)
All cancellations must be in writing, by email or fax.

**c/o The Maidstone is a non-smoking facility. Guests smoking in any hotel room will be charged an extra night’s fee for the cost of returning the room to a non-smoking status
June/July/August: 2- night minimum stay on weekends
May - Memorial Day Weekend: 3-night minimum
July - July 4th Weekend: 4-night minimum
August - The Hampton Classic: 3-night minimum (August 29 to September 5, 2010)
September - Labor Day Weekend: 4-night minimum
October - Hamptons International Film Festival: 3-night minimum (October 7 to 11, 2010)
November - Thanksgiving: 2-night minimum
December - Christmas: 2-night minimum
January - New Year's Eve: 3-night minimum
Well-behaved children are always welcome at c/o The Maidstone!
We encourage treating Kids like the small people that they are. We have designed a special menu that features smaller portions of delicious food so that children can savor the meal and have the same culinary experience as their parents.
**We will happily arrange for a babysitter if you should need one.
Pets: $25 per night per pet
Well-behaved pets are always welcome at c/o The Maidstone - please respect the right of your fellow guests to "quiet enjoyment" by keeping pet noise to a minimum.
Naturally, our four-legged guests will be provided with water bowls and treats upon arrival. Our room service menu includes delicious options for our furry friends as well.
Pets should never to be left in the rooms unattended unless they are well behaved and quiet; in which case we will require a cell phone number so we can reach you if any problems should arise.
Please inspect your room upon check- in. Any damages caused during your Pet’s visit will be charged to your credit card on file.
Dogs are allowed to roam free on the East Hampton beaches between 6 pm to 9 am.
If your pet needs a walk, grooming or a veterinarian, our concierge has all the right contacts!
**Always remember to please pick up after your pet. Plastic bags are available if needed. Outdoor garbage cans are to be used for disposal of doggie bags.
