Whenever we can, we prioritize the use of organic, locally sourced and seasonally appropriate ingredients. But as dedicated Swedes, there are some things that we simply can't do without - a Västerbotten pie just wouldn't taste the same using cheddar. No need to worry though, the Swedish products we import adhere to our good, clean & fair mantra.

We use herbs fresh from the herb garden out back, fish from the waters around Long Island and meat from animals who get to play outside. And we get our bespoke Swedish loaves from the Blue Duck Bakery down the road.
